Pre-cut vegetables are not the only items we offer. Fresh Start has always been a supplier of the finest quality bulk produce in the industry.

We begin by purchasing the best produce from all over the world through a fresh network of consolidated produce purchasers. Purchasing through a network of hundreds of consolidated buyers allows us to purchase produce at the lowest prices on the market. We always purchase cases of Iceberg Lettuce that weigh 55-60 pounds rather than the 40 pound cases favored by competitors.

We are also committed to providing all of its customers with only the best produce from bulk shipments. Each day, the company receives 400-500 cases of tomatoes weighing approximately 25 pounds each. Workers begin stripping the boxes as soon as the tomatoes arrive. The tomatoes are removed from the case, sorted for color and texture, then repackaged in 26 pound boxes that meet the personal needs of each customer.

We treat all of our bulk produce the same way we treats tomatoes. It doesn't matter if it's a case of onions or a case of zucchini. The focus is always on finding ways to offer customers the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices.
